Registration and interaction records

We record the name, company, and email you provide, together with your consent to the recording notice. For demo questions and instructions, we record the submitted text, the generated response when available, request status, IP address, and server UTC timestamps. These records are associated with your registration and available to authorized staff for internal demo review.

Questions and instructions are processed by FormalInsight and an external AI service to generate the demo's responses. Do not enter confidential information, sensitive information, or personal information about yourself or other people into the demo.

Letters of intent

If you sign the optional letter of intent at the end of the guided tour, we store the letter with your name, work email, company, role, the problems you chose, your typed name, your IP address and the UTC time. Letters are kept for 12 months, longer than other demo records, so that we can follow up and show investors and advisers, in confidence, that there is interest. The letter is linked to your demo registration, so authorized staff see it next to the questions you asked in the demo. We do not name your company publicly without your written permission. You can withdraw a letter at any time by emailing contact@formalinsight.ai; we then mark it withdrawn and stop using it. A withdrawn letter stays stored, marked withdrawn, until its 12 months end, unless you ask us at the same address to delete it; we then delete it. Removed records may remain in restricted recovery backups for up to 7 additional days.

Retention and browser history

Active registration and interaction records are retained for 90 days. Records stop appearing in active use when they expire; physical deletion runs asynchronously. Removed records may remain in restricted recovery backups for up to 7 additional days. The chat history displayed in your browser is separate from server records. Removing a chat, clearing browser storage, or closing the page does not delete the records already stored on the server.

The demo uses a session cookie to recognize a registered visitor and protect access. It does not require you to store a password in your browser.

Your registration is for demo access

Registering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. The recorded information helps FormalInsight review how visitors use the demo.

Use the demo with judgment

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. The workspace is a demonstration using synthetic data; assess its answers accordingly. The demo can analyze and recommend, but cannot send messages or change business systems.
